The KFA

Over the weekend we saw that the Kids with Food Allergies Foundation (KFA), part of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), posted their blog post about Hannah. It briefly tells the story of what happened with Hannah’s accident, and it also shares about what we are trying to do through Hannah Helps. As we read through all the stories that have been written about this, there are always things that we, ourselves, having been there, would say differently and more details that we would give. But with that being said, we are always reminded that it is extremely difficult to briefly relay someone else’s story. Without having lived it, the significance of each detail does not seem to be as important. We had a good interview with the author of this post for about ninety minutes, and we are very thankful for the opportunity that we had to share Hannah’s story with them. (This interview process was similar to what we did several months ago with Fox News Digital.) We are also thankful for their willingness to share her story with their network of followers and for their support of what we are doing through Hannah Helps. We also see that they are involved in the support of California’s Bill SB68 just like Braxton Kimura who our last post was about. This KFA organization is a good one to follow if you or anyone you know have food allergies.  Here are links to their pages.

Again, we are very thankful for each opportunity that we have to share the story of Hannah’s life and to use the story of her tragic passing to help others as she would.

We are blessed.
